Brooke Elizabeth Burns (born March 16 1978) is an American model, fashion show host actress and television presenter. Burns started her career in television in 1995 portraying the supporting role of Peg in the Spanish-American teenage show Out of the Blue (1995-1996). Burns became part of the cast of the action drama show Baywatch in 1998. She later was a part of Baywatch's sequel Baywatch: Hawaii until she quit the show due to her first child. Brooke Elizabeth Burns, an American fitness model and actress who is also a television persona, is most well-known for her role as Jessie Owens from the drama Baywatch. She's best known for playing Shallow Hal in the 2001 commercially-successful film.
